What is Light Therapy?
Light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, cold laser therapy and low level laser therapy (LLLT) is the use of red and infrared light to accelerate the body’s natural healing response.

How many sessions are needed?
The number of sessions required will vary depending on the intensity of the spot being treated and the individual’s response to Light Therapy.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes. Individuals with lupus and other diseases which may be stimulated by light, history of keloids, recent excessive sun exposure and/or artificial tanning at the treatment area, recent patients using photosensitive medications or herbs, and those who are pregnant.
